Alpine Roasted | Gaoshan Kao | 高山烤

This pure green roasted alpine tea engenders a woody and nutty flavour, reminiscent of coffee, with a slight honey aroma. This tea is less astringent than pure green tea, and contains a lower level of caffeine. Its green colour is lovely and very rich, with a clear liquor. It is grown and processed in Kiewa Valley, Australia.
