International Tea Day is celebrated on the 21st of May, 2020 and Australian Tea Masters would like you to celebrate with us!
We have two fantastic ways for you to celebrate with us. We have created a Virtual Tea Tasting to stimulate your senses and a Tea Cosy Competition to show your creative side!
How do you get involved?

Virtual Tea Tasting will see you receive a porcelain cup and saucer and a handcrafted selection by Sharyn Johnston of 6 different teas including, White, Green, Black, Oolong, Yellow & Herbal. Furthermore, you will be invited to a Zoom session with Sharyn Johnston, World Renowned Tea Master, Author and Owner of Australian Tea Masters to take you through your own masterclass.

Come and celebrate International Tea Day held on the 21st May, 2020 with Australian Tea Masters by joining in our “Tea Cosy Competition”.
What do you get and how do you participate? Get crafting by knitting, felting or crocheting a tea cosy!
Prizes are on offer in each craft as follows:
- most creative
- most colourful
- most elegant
We will also have a kids’ category for people aged 16 or under.
There are two major prizes: a Judge’s Prize and a People’s Choice category.
The winners of the major prizes will receive a tea wellness basket to the value of $100 and a $100 spotlight voucher.
The winners of each category will receive a $50 tea wellness basket.
The winners of Kids Category will receive a Kids Tea basket valued at $50.
We are running this competition as part of the Golden Leaf Awards 2020 and so the winners of each category will also receive a Golden Leaf Awards Trophy. Entries to the Golden Leaf Awards are normally $65 however are complimentary with entering this competition.
Peoples’ Choice Category
Judged via photo gallery on the Australian Tea Masters Facebook page. The most popular tea cosy as judged by Facebook likes will win the prize!
