This tea has a history of over 1,000 years. Made only from tea leaf tips and tightly rolled, Bi Luo Chun is renowned for a strong fruity but mellow flavour. This tea is grown in plantations which also grow fragrant fruit trees in amongst the camellia sinensis plants. Add tea to the water, rather than vice-versa.
Steep for 3 – 5 minutes at 90C.
