Organic Gyokuro Tea
Gyokuro is cultivated under shade and is one of the most expensive Japanese teas. The bushes are shaded with bamboo mats for up to four weeks before picking which concentrates the chlorophyll in the leaves and reduces astringency. It has a sweeter taste due to the young hand picked shaded leaf.
