Pitu Bambuwa Green – 50g
A classic green-tea produced by Amba Estate in Sri Lanka. This tea is produced from one-leaf-and-bud; as soon as the leaves come in from the field, they are steamed in a traditional bamboo rice-steamer; then gently rolled by hand in a “kula” basket and dried in a wok. This green tea offers classic grassy, vegetal flavours, with a slightly oceanic-umami nose and bittersweet aftertaste.
