Among the most revered of Chinese teas, produced at the elevation of 800m – 1200m, in Fujian Province, China. Harvested in late March and gathered only for a few days in early spring, the dedication to perfection is evident in the pale, ivory coloured liquor. The lingering fragrance is delicately honeysuckle floral, with a warm sugary sweetness.
