In this day-long class, you will taste 20 teas, including some rare teas. This is the first class taught in the US by well known tea professional, Sharyn Johnston, CEO of Australian Tea Masters.

Discuss the teas, tasting notes, techniques, processes, sources and more with Sharyn and your fellow tea enthusiasts. With 8 hours, including a lunch break, you will have plenty of time to savor each tea and ask questions. You will go home with tea samples as well!​

This course is presented in cooperation with the Midwest Tea Festival. Show your festival ticket receipt when you arrive in class for a 10% refund gift card. A break will be given for lunch, though it will not be provided.
