White Buds from Old Yunnan Puerh Trees are used to create this delicate new form of Puerh. These leaves are fermented in the traditional style and only the downy leaf buds are used to make this tea. The result is a delicately-flavoured liquor, similar to silver needle but with notes of wildflower, honey and classic Yunnan pepper.
