2021 Golden Ox Ripe Puerh | 250g
This cake blends Jin Zhen grade (golden needle) from a 2018 Ba Da mountain wet pile with Gong Ting (tribute) grade from a 2020 Bu Lang mountain wet pile. The liquor is potent and bittersweet, with chocolate and nutty notes. Only 800 cakes were pressed.
Brew:
- 6-8g per 100-120mL | 95-100C
- 1 quick rinse for 5-10 sec
- 1st infusion 10 sec
- 2nd infusion 10-15 sec
- 3rd Infusion 15 sec
- 4th infusion 20 sec
- Gradually increase from 25 to 35 to 45 sec

- Time: First steep for 10 seconds, then re-steeped 8 to 12+ times.
- Grams: 6-8g per 100-120mL
- Temp: 95-100C
