Become a Certified Tea Master with the Australian Tea Masters Certified Tea Master Course. Receive a mastery-level training by qualified tea masters and instructors, and learn all the main ins and outs of tea, including a diverse range of tea knowledge, as well as professional tea tasting (“cupping”). At the end of the course, students will be able to speak confidently about tea, as well as serve it with knowledge, passion, and integrity.

This professional Certified Tea Blending Course will focus on the secrets and mysteries of tea blending, along with the professional techniques required for developing both traditional blends and signature formulas. A three-day intensive workshop is followed by one project, and is focused heavily on hands-on learning.

The Tea Sommelier course seeks to equip food and beverages professionals such as coffee baristas, cafe owners, beverage managers and wine sommeliers with the additional skills to work effectively as tea connoisseurs – providing advice, selection, preparation and service of speciality tea.

The course will be delivered over a 2-day face-to-face workshop, supported with online learning activities.

Tea 101 is a course that teaches a solid foundation on tea. You can complete it online in your own time from anywhere in the world, and it particularly targets baristas and the hospitality sector.

This tea training provides a strong, basic foundation-level of tea knowledge, and helps you get one step closer to tea mastery.

During the course, you will be given a multiple-choice quiz at the end of each section, which you will be required to answer correctly before you move onto the next section. Once you have graduated from each lesson, you will be able to flick back to it at any time, including after you have finished the course.

Upon successful completion of training, you will receive a Certificate in Tea 101 from Australian Tea Masters.
