2022 Bu Lang Tiger Ripe Puerh | 250g
A blend of several batches from the Bu Lang Mountain area, made for drinkers who like their ripe on the stronger side. Expect a thick liquor, a chocolatey bite and potent cha qi (tea energy).
How to brew:
- 6-8g per 100-120mL | 95-100C
- 1 quick rinse for 5-10 sec
- 1st infusion 10 sec
- 2nd infusion 10-15 sec
- 3rd Infusion 15 sec
- 4th infusion 20 sec
- Gradually increase from 25 to 35 to 45 sec
1x Puerh Cake
- Time: First steep for 10 seconds, then re-steeped 8 to 12+ times.
- Grams: 6-8g per 100-120mL
- Temp: 95-100C
