White Spring is an early spring white tea made from the tender bud and first two leaves of the flush. Grown at elevations of 800-1,200m in northern Fujian, it is lightly processed to preserve its natural delicacy, producing a pale, luminous liquor with soft apricot, light honey and gentle floral finish.
