Made entirely from spring 2026 wild-arbor leaf in Menghai County, these mini cakes weigh roughly 7 grams each, enough for one gongfu session. The liquor is bright yellow-gold with aromas of honey, ripe fruit, dried flowers and fresh sugarcane. The cup is thick and syrupy with very little bitterness, followed by stone fruit, cane sugar and a lingering sweetness. A single cake brews through many infusions, and it should age well.
