Made from young, silvery buds, the dry leaves are covered in fine white hairs, giving them a shimmering appearance. The buds are handpicked in the early morning during the summer flush, then gently withered and sun-dried to preserve their natural essence. When infused, the tea yields a pale golden to coppery liquor with a light, floral aroma of honeyed cacao and tropical fruit.
