Golden Oolong
Yellow oolong is an exquisite semi-oxidised tea hand-crafted in the misty highlands of Ciwidey, West Java, at an elevation of 1,500 metres above sea level. Cultivated from the Taiwan 27 single cultivar, each leaf is hand-plucked within a 7–10 day picking cycle, gently press-rolled, and oven-roasted for eight hours to achieve its signature golden hue and aroma.
Renowned for its deep sweetness and balanced character, this tea reveals a floral fragrance of white blossoms and a gentle nutty aroma. When steeped, it produces a clear amber liquor with a smooth, medium body and layers of honeyed fruit and delicate savoury notes, finishing softly with lingering sweetness.
